Casa particular "Villa Montellimar" offers a large, cheerful room with one double bed (a small single can be easily added if needed). The casa particular is located on the main road to Varadero across from the Malecon, but because it is located at the back of the house, is peaceful and quiet.
The room has an independent entrance and private bath, also air-conditioning. Hot water is available when you want it - ask half an hour before you need it.
You may use their lovely garden and your car can be securely parked here.
The owners have a friendly dachshund.
A "dollar store" is conveniently located across the street.
The room rents for 25 to 30 CUC depending on the season.

Manuel is a professor at the University of Matanzas.
Isma speaks very good English.
Breakfast (CUC 2.50 to 3.00 ) with fresh eggs and Dinner (CUC 6 to 7) can be provided.
